My personal apologies for the disgusting kinds of messages that are
being posted on this newsgroup. Kermit software users should be able to
participate in discussions about Kermit protocol, software, data
communications, and so on, without being subjected to a constant assault
of get-rich-quick schemes, chain letters, and now child pornography and
solicitation.
Remember what happened to CB radio 20 years ago? It's happening now to
the Internet on an unimaginable scale. Sadly, I believe it's only going
to get worse. The Law of Large Numbers in action -- welcome to the
"global village".
